Our Founder

The Irresistible Woman Entrepreneurs Club is a service provided by Business Guides. The IWE Club was founded by Christina Wiley as an affordable networking option for women entrepreneurs and women in professional careers that can benefit from networking and referrals.

Christina believes that networking doesn’t have to be expensive in order to be effective. “I started the Irresistible Woman Entrepreneurs Club on March 2, 2009 to provide an affordable networking option for women in our area. I started the Club with five other women and have grown tremendously this year. We are unique because we combine internet marketing and training within the benefits of membership and I am very proud of what we have created together.”

Christina started the Club as the Leader of the Vacaville Noon Group, but as IWE Club Groups began to form in other cities she realized that she needed to turn the leadership of the Vacaville Noon Group to her Co-Leader, Christina Matcham so that she could focus her attention on supporting all of the Group leaders as well as the IWE Club membership as a whole.

Today Christina’s focus is on supporting IWE Club leadership and providing a relevant and feature packed suite of benefits for all IWE Club members. She knows that the Internet will continue to grow as a strategic marketing venue for businesses which is why benefits of membership in the IWE Club include powerful internet marketing tools such as member blogs, online member directory, social media integration as well as internet radio.

Marilyn Barker - Member Liaison

Member Liaison

Marilyn Barker, owner of TheLastingCandle.com is one of the biggest cheerleaders for the Irresistible Woman Entrepreneurs Club. “I joined this group because I loved the concept of referral marketing for my business and the new business and personal friendship I have made.” As one of the founding members of the IWE Club, Marilyn’s commitment is unwavering to the IWE Club members.

When she was asked about becoming the IWE Club Member Liaison there was no hesitation. She loves the Club and the members – and we love her for it! “I volunteered to be the Member Liaison to be more involved and committed to the ladies of our groups. I encourage others to join our groups.”

As our Member Liaison, Marilyn assists in getting new members set up properly so that they can take full advantage of their membership benefits. Marilyn goes above and beyond in helping our members utilize the benefits of their membership and gain an understanding of how to use certain tools online. “If you utilize all of the benefits, your business and personal growth will exceed the membership dues.”
